'Pacific View' on Gull Drive in Bodega Bay

‘Pacific View‘ is a 3-bed/2-bath 2000 sq.ft. private home on Gull Drive in the Bodega Harbour South subdivision of Bodega Bay. CLOSEST street to beach trail/beach.
- Backs up to 1st Fairway of the Bodega Harbour Golf course ; Gorgeous views of Bodega Head, Doran Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
- The house is well-laid out with vaulted ceilings in all rooms, beautiful wood molding, skylights and tall picture windows. There are 2 beach access trails off of Gull Drive so you are literally minutes from the water.
Layout of House: All bedrooms/kitchen/bathrooms/dining room are located on the main-level. The living room is on the upper level-up about 6 carpeted steps with a railing. 2-car garage.
There are 2 low-level cement steps and 2 wooden steps prior to front door. As you enter the front door on the main floor the Master Bedroom is to your right & sits facing the front of the home with ocean views from all its windows.
MASTER BDRM/BATH: Lrg room with a King size bed, HDTV/Cable/DVD/HBO/Blu Ray. There is also a separate full bath with double vanity/toilet closet in this room. Room is large with a trundle bed in it as well (2-twins…great for kids). The beds have reading lamps for all guests.
DINING TABLE/KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully-equipped and the dining table sits next to it and seats 6-8 guests. We keep the pantry stocked with various seasonings, teas, coffee, foil, saran wrap…etc. There are two decks off these rooms. A deck to the back facing the golf course with 2-lounge chairs and an enclosed deck to the side with the HOT TUB. The hot-tub deck is enclosed with a 4.5 foot fence with a barked in area behind it. Here sits a Weber propane barbecue as well.
BDRMS #2 & #3: Located back wing of home affording privacy from Mstr. Both these rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings , Queen beds/TV/DVD. Both have reading lamps for all guests.
All King and Queen beds have memory foam Pure Comfort Mattress Topper’s on them making for a comfortable night’s sleep. The 2nd full bath is along this same hallway and houses the laundry closet (washer/dryer). These back rooms have a view of the golf course. The 3rd bedroom has a water view from its front facing windows.
LIVING ROOM: Only rm on 2nd floor with wonderful views out 4 very large picture windows. Beautiful sunsets and a great view of Doran Beach, Bodega Head and Pacific Ocean beyond. Lrg. Screen 55′ HDTV/BLU-ray/DVD, stereo-cd player, bookcase with a lrg. assortment of books & magazines, and a lrg. assortment of DVD’s. Leather couches and a fireplace in this spacious room make it a wonderfully relaxing area to spend with family/friends.
Families: For guests with kids we have located in closets: hi-chair, infant seat. Closet full of games & Super Nintendo Video games. Furniture has no sharp edges or glass and outlets are covered.
Beach items: Beach blankets, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chests, sand toys located in garage. We even keep a beach pass for families wanting to drive to the State Beach at Doran entrance with all their ‘stuff’ saving you the $6 parking fee.
What do we/guests love most about the home? The house has a very open uncluttered feel with all the sunlight from skylights/windows and vaulted ceilings. Love being able to walk out the front door and hit the beach in 2-3 min. The Master Bdrm in the front and the Guests Bdrms in the back wing of the home give a measure of privacy to couples/families with kids. We clean the home ourselves so know it’s clean, functioning and is always well stocked with soap/paper products/supplies. Extra pillows/blankets in all rooms

- Minimum age of primary renter: 25 yrs of age
- Max occupancy: 8 (8 adults & children)
- Rate based 1-6 guests (adults & children). Max 8 guests total in home at any time.
- No unauthorized pets. Service Pet must be stated @ booking. Late check-out when available.
- Rental Agreement/Occupancy List signed/returned & terms agreed to at booking. Questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.
